All behaviour cases require a vet referral form completed by their veterinarian. This may mean the dog needs a consultation with the vet for an examination. This is at the discretion of your vet according to when they last saw your pet and the nature of the last visit. Underlying health issues and pain can hinder the progress of behaviour therapy so it is important to have the vet check this thoroughly.
